I am responsible for the international strategy and operational coordination of the project.
- Steering the international patent-enforcement strategy
- Coordinating external US counsel and technical stakeholders
- Operational project leadership and stakeholder management
- Strategic decision materials for planned and ongoing US proceedings
- Securing patent-litigation counsel on a contingency-fee basis
